  • A bona fide student can use the library facilities and resources by presentation of a validated certificate of registration (C.O.R.). Any unauthorized use of somebody else’s cards or misrepresentations will be subjected to disciplinary measures.
  • The library practices an open-shelf system where library users can freely browse or read from the collection and should be responsible to keep those library materials properly while being used up to the time of returning them back to its proper places.
  • Photocopying from the general collection, except for general references may be allowed on a limited time. Only abstracts may be reproduced from the theses. Bringing of these materials intended for photocopying but instead used in the classrooms is strictly prohibited.
  • Overnight loans or over-weekend use can be availed of thirty (30) minutes before the library closes and must be returned first hour on the following regular day when the library opens, to avoid penalty. Reservations may be done a day prior to bringing these materials for home use. A maximum of two (2) books may be taken home.
  • Library users are always expected to observe manners, and not to engage in any disruptive behaviors, or be sanctioned to ID confiscations, and withdrawal of library privileges, for a time.
  • In today’s new normal operations, walk-ins are allowed but are requested to observe the following: wearing of face mask at all times and maintaining social distancing.
  • There is a restriction set for all clients in terms of the number who will enter depending on the required seats that are provided observing health protocols.
  • For your safety, the library offers off-site services where you can chat at the Facebook account Earist Cavite Campus Library that you may like and share.
  • Access to electronic resources must be limited to enrolled students and should be restricted and discreet to others.
  • The library is closed onsite during enrollment, vacation, holidays, or semestral breaks but can be reached through online queries and assistance through its social media accounts.
